How do the free games work?

New hosts can run their first 2 live games at one venue without a credit card. Rehearsals and demos do not use your free game allowance. Choose a paid plan when you are ready to keep hosting.

Which plan is right for me?

Starter Host includes unlimited games and players at one venue. Choose Pro Host to host across multiple venues and access follower counts and email updates to players who opt in.

Can I use my own questions?

Yes. Use the question catalog, write your own, or import questions. Both paid plans include the question pack builder and curated pool.

Do players need to pay or download an app?

Players join in their mobile browser with a QR code or room code. There is no player app to download, and paid host plans include unlimited players.

Where can I manage my subscription?

Visit host billing to choose a billing interval or manage your subscription, payment method, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal.
